Re-Enchanting Podcast - Contributor Release Agreement
Definitions
Contribution: Audio-visual contribution to 1 episode of the Re-Enchanting Podcast.
Producer: Centre for Cultural Witness, registered at Lambeth Palace Library, 15 Lambeth Palace Road, London, SE1 7JT, registered in England and Wales (charity number 1203157).
In consideration of your Contribution, you agree with us as follows:
You acknowledge that the nature and purpose of your Contribution has been explained to you.
You have full capacity and are fully entitled to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights in the Contribution to us as provided for in this agreement.
You agree that we may film and record you and your Contribution. You agree that, in furtherance of our charitable objects, we may store, broadcast, stream, live-relay, share, show and otherwise communicate to the public the whole or any part of the film and photographs of you and your Contribution in connection with the Re-Enchanting Podcast and for any other promotional, marketing, and/or ministry purposes worldwide in perpetuity across any media (whether now known or hereafter discovered or invented), alone or in combination with other material, for free or for a fee, and that we may licence third parties to do likewise.
You acknowledge that we shall own the copyright in the film and audio recording of you and your Contribution.
You acknowledge and agree that we may edit, copy, alter, combine with other material, mix, dub, translate and/or subtitle the whole or any part of the film and photographs of you and your Contribution and you irrevocably waive in our, our assignees and licensees favour the benefit of all moral and performers' rights in respect of the Contribution and other footage of you arising under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or similar rights arising under the laws of any jurisdiction.
You agree to the issuing of publicity relating to your Contribution or your participation in the Re-Enchanting Podcast, including the use of your name, biographical details, photograph or likeness, any material you supply to us for this purpose, alone or in combination with other material, for marketing and promotional purposes including the promotion of the Re-Enchanting Podcast and our other current and future events.
You agree that we are not under any obligation to use the film and photographs of you and your Contribution.
Representations and warranties
You represent, warrant and undertake that:
To the best of your knowledge and belief, nothing in your Contribution and/or our or any third party’s use of the Contribution as set out in this agreement will now or in the future infringe the copyright or any other rights of any person or be defamatory or otherwise unlawful; and
It is not necessary for us to obtain permission from or to pay any fees to any third party in connection with the rights granted herein.
You will indemnify us and agree to keep us fully and effectively indemnified against all actions, costs, losses, claims and expenses of any kind or nature arising from any breach by you of any of the representations, warranties, undertakings or obligations in this agreement and/or from the exercise of our rights under this agreement.
The representations, warranties, undertakings and indemnities in this agreement shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the completion of your Contribution or the termination of this agreement.
Data protection

Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
